Georgia Bar Rules for Attorney Advertising
The Bar Association for the State of Georgia has not yet implemented advertising rules that apply specifically to the internet or an attorney's website. Nevertheless, an attorney should understand the ways that bar associations in other states are regulating this type of advertising in anticipation of future regulations that may be adopted by the Bar Association in the State of Georgia. Furthermore, many of the general rules apply to websites and internet marketing.

The "Netvertising" and "Netethics" article describes the history of attorney advertising, application of the First Amendment, and the emergence of the internet for attorney advertising in the State of Georgia.
